30 Day Song Challenge: Day 29 – A Song From Your Childhood

“Sesame Street”

Whoa! I set the time machine too far back! Sorry, I couldn’t help myself. Let’s jump back into the ’80s. I’ll pick a song from my first cassette – “Tomorrow” from Unmasked by Kiss was one of my favorites:

  1. Well, since I’m sticking to the 80s, I’ll go as far back in the decade as I can.
From 1980 (and, coincidentally, from the first cassette I ever owned), “Give Me The Night” from George Benson:

Never heard “Tomorrow” until now. Pretty good!

And of course, I’ll see your Sesame Street and raise you with Mr. Rogers:

      1. I almost picked that song instead!

There’s a new Electric Company, but aside from “Hey you guys!” and Paul the gorilla, it’s completely different. I miss The Adventures of Letterman…and that song.

      2. I loved Spiderman He would never talk though. I thought bubble would just appear over his head. It was great stuff though. I should check out the new one once just to see what it’s like.
