Episode 33: Mark Weiss and the Decade That Rocked

Leading up to the ’80s Radical Sabbatical festival, Paul and Del were lucky enough to welcome the legendary rock photographer, Mark “Weissguy” Weiss. You’ve definitely seen his work, which consists of some iconic album covers including Twisted Sister’s Stay Hungry, and Bon Jovi’s Slippery When Wet, and not to mention, countless photos in rock magazines including Circus.

Not only has Mark taken incredible concert photos, and has done photo shoots for just about every rock star of the ’80s, but he has also gone out on the road with some bands, including Ozzy and Motley Crue. So, he has some great stories! He shares some of these stories here on today’s show, and he will also be telling stories at the ’80s Radical Sabbatical festival as well as doing a Q&A.
